Can I try before I pay?
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. If you need more time, just ask our team for an extension.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted on Supabase (AWS), encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and isolated per tenant by row-level security. The current primary region is AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai); UAE in-country residency (AWS me-central-1) is on our roadmap.
Are you FTA-compliant for VAT and Corporate Tax?
Yes. Our VAT 201 module generates FTA-ready returns and supports auto-filing. Our Corporate Tax module follows the UAE CT law effective June 2023, with full support for small business relief, free zone qualifying income, and transfer pricing documentation.
Can I migrate from Zoho / QuickBooks / Xero / Tally?
Yes — we offer migration assistance for switching customers. Contact us at support@emirateerp.com and we'll help import your customer list, supplier list, and opening balances. Comprehensive multi-format import (Excel, COA, invoices) is on our roadmap and shipping soon. UAE businesses currently on Wafeq will find our CSV import matches Wafeq's export format most closely.
Do you support free zone companies?
Yes. We support mainland, free zone, and offshore entities. Free zone companies benefit from our qualifying income tracking for Corporate Tax purposes and zone-specific compliance features.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all your data to CSV or PDF at any time, including after cancellation.
Can I add more users or entities later?
Of course. You can upgrade your plan or add extra users at any time from the billing dashboard. Changes are prorated — you only pay for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Is the Arabic interface real RTL or just translated?
It's a full native RTL interface — not a mirrored afterthought. Every component, table, report, and PDF export renders correctly in right-to-left layout with proper Arabic typography and number formatting.
Do you support multi-currency?
Yes. You can invoice in any currency, and the system automatically pulls daily exchange rates from the UAE Central Bank. Realized and unrealized FX gains/losses are calculated and posted automatically.
What's your uptime guarantee?
We guarantee 99.9% uptime on all paid plans, backed by an SLA. Our infrastructure runs on redundant cloud servers (Supabase on AWS) with automated backups and point-in-time recovery.
